We had our Biggest Morning Tea at work recently and one of the girls brought in these cute little tea-cup biscuits which I just had to share...no baking required, just assembly.
You will need:
1 packet of tic-toc biscuits (they are already iced)
1 packet of marshmallows
1 packet of musk lifesavers (halved)
1 packet of freckles
White icing in a piping bag to glue the bits together.
Then just assemble as above...cute idea for a tea party, and they taste really yummy!
